Shipping Policy

United States Shipping

Orders are shipped within 48 hours (not counting weekends) and are sent by either US Postal Service or UPS. Delivery takes between 2-6 days.

Shipping dates are approximate and we make no guarantee of a specific delivery date or are liable for any claims arising from a late delivery. Any claims of damaged or lost product must be made with the carrier. However, if this does occur, please contact us and we will see what we can do to resolve the situation.

International Shipping

At this time, we GENERALLY are not shipping internationally.  We are working on distribution agreements in major countries so you can get the game without paying a high shipping cost.  However, if you really want the game now, please e-mail us at contact@friendzygames.com.  We can probably make an exception to this policy and get you a game.
